India Business Insight Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Northgate Technologies Ltd (NTL) of Hyderabad has reported a profit after tax of Rs24 crore and sales of Rs82 crore for the year to Mar 2006. Its adjusted profit after tax was at Rs24 crore.

NTL's other income was at Rs1 crore, cash profit, Rs27 crore and earning per share, Rs17.01. Its networth was at Rs87 crore, capital employed, Rs87 crore and gross block, Rs12 crore. For the six months to Sep 2006, the company reported a profit after tax of Rs27 crore and sales of Rs47 crore. Other income amounted to Rs1 crore and cash profit, to Rs28 crore.
