Hyderabad-based, Northgate Technologies, (Q, N,C,F)* is planning to restructure its operations, reports Business Line.

The company is engaged in providing technology, e-commerce and online advertisement related services.

The restructure is expected to help company continue to expand operations globally. It would help the company offer locally tailored products and services in select markets, both in India and China. The company expects the process to be completed by December.

Northgate Technologies (India) would be the flagship company under the restructure, with two subsidiaries Northgate Investment Pte (Singapore), and Social Media India.

Under Northgate Investment, the company would have Globe 7 Pte, Singapore, Globe 7, (New Jersey, US), Axill Europe (UK), Globe 7 HK , (Hong Kong), and China Business company. Further, under Social Media India, it would have India Business Co (Data Centre) (UK).

Northgate Technologies would handle contract services, IT and IT Enabled Services after the restructuring. The company will be the majority owner of other entities of the group.
