Mr. Venkat S Meenavalli aged about 37 years is MS in computer science from Suffield University and also he is Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet and Novell Certified Netware Engineer (CNE). Presently he is Chairman and Managing Director of Northgate technologies limited, Social Media India Limited and Stampede Holdings Private Limited. He is having around 12 years of experience in the areas of Information Technologies, Finance and Capital Markets.

As Chief Financial Officer, Anil brings to his position over 14 years of management and operational experience with technology, Services, and manufacturing companies. His experience includes various functional areas including Finance, Operations, Legal and Corporate affairs. Anil completed CPA certification course conducted by American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, from the State of New Hampshire (USA). Anil is also a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law graduate.
