 Dear Members,I am sure all of us are aware about the challenges, our and world’s economy is going through. Despite the best efforts from the central bank of all major economies we are yet to see the recovery path. But I am sure this is not going to exist for forever and hope things will turn around sooner with continuous efforts. The growth plan of our company collided with downward phase of the economy and that caused your company significant loss of capital and major customers. We restructured operations of the company by closing our operations at China, HK, US and some places in India to stop further loss of capital. Under the present circumstances to grow our operations we have placed some of major web properties for sale. We hope to conclude the sale transaction at the earliest and will share the outcome with you on legal close. I am sure we should be able to rework sooner on our growth plan.
